The Credential Center (the “Center”) is a joint partnership between Revolution AMC and Wendal Inc. The Center’s ultimate goal is the development of valid and representative credentialing programs and associated educational training.
ABOUT
The Credential Center was created by Psychologists with expertise in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Credentialing, and Assessment. The founders recognized that the world of training and education is evolving beyond global degrees and that professionals are becoming specialist in variety of areas. Employers, clients, and the public continue to demand an avenue to ensure that these specialists are competent, skilled and knowledgeable in these areas. The Center was designed to identify the areas of unmet need and develop applied, accurate and meaningful assessments that allow professionals to demonstrate their competence and be recognized for their advanced expertise.
The Certification of Organizational and Advanced Coaching Heuristics (COACH)
This prestigious designation is the only credential designed specifically for professionals with advanced training and demonstrated competence in the application of psychological principals in Organizational Coaching. The credential will be available in Winter 2023.
The COACH was developed by psychologists specifically for individuals with behavioral sciences training to provide an avenue to demonstrate a standard of excellence in the Organizational Coaching specialty area. The Credential Center believes professionals with psychological training have the foundation necessary to work as effective Organizational Coaches. Given the need for such a credential, the COACH will be sought after by behavioral science professionals, psychologists, employers, and individual clients because it demonstrates a commitment to the profession and provides assurance that COACH credentialed professionals have met an independent measure of competence that is rigorous and objective.
